I already had this idea in 2001. It was rejected by David Faure.

The reason given by David Faure was that it did not want to use CSS.

In the meantime, I have also found out that the way how KWord saves and loads its files is not in favour of a change to XHTML + CSS.

Part of the work has to be done any way for KWord's HTML export (enhanced mode). The enhanced mode ("style" in KWord 1.1) writes the files using XHTMl + CSS.

    Have a nice day/evening/night!
