Last time I looked the cvs commits were 8months old.
But it looked fairly easy to rip out into a separate GPLed library.
Hope they will do it as just a module in KDE cvs, then koffice could
import ala admin if they are terrified of dependencies....

I always wonder, I reckon the only dependency moaners must be:
1) Redhat users who don't know about apt for rpm
2) Compile from source monkeys who don't just use gentoo
3) Idiots.

I've never got it, its really unbelievable that after all this time people still
dont just apt-get/emerge/urpmi koffice.
