Re: would it kill you to use Evolution
by Max Otterland on Saturday 11/Oct/2003, @19:57
He he, I wrote this slightly as an agitator, and because I'd been using the rc2 of drake 9.1 where kde was a mess. Since then I've upgraded to the latest KDE from texstar and am using almost exclusively KDE apps INCLUDING Kroupware, which I love!. I do miss the html composition component in Evolution and the little cute weather/headline page, but Kroupware is simply more elegant and friendly.

Since my last response, I've also discovered IRC and use it with Kopete. I've found that the KDE folks are just the nicest about and super helpful! That's how I discovered Kroupware. I logged on the the #kmail channel and asked how I could get support for offline IMAP, and a friendly developer hooked me up.

Please forgive me! :P
