If she is pretty (haven´t checked) the least she can do is carry her burden at least as gracefully as we (ok, I) carry the weight of our (ok, my ;-) .. ermm... homeliness.

Hell, I don´t think I ever heard a Ph.D in maths (and I know a few dozens) who doesn´t like a compliment about her hair.
