Indeed, the document had still a XML syntax error.

I have just fixed it.

I cant seem to save one of my MSN chat log, it is in XML form, only one person, the rest seems no problem) The error message said.. "Invalid Characters in Line 4...." What does that mean and how do I fix it? Help...
