That's not really practical at all as doing transcriptions for 32 hours of talks (the users and devel conference) would easily be several hundred hours of work in transcription and would presume that they're recorded. In the case that they actually are recorded, it would be a lot easier to just post the audio.

Why not something simple like:

(1) post the slides on wiki.kde.org (one wiki page / talk)

(2) have people in attendence annotate the bottom of the wiki page with their notes and recollections.

    Because people that have travelled X miles and spent Y dollars to be at aKademy probably don't want to bother doing lots of work for free just so others can save themselves the trip.
