I'd have to say the CIG/HIG/AG. If this is done successfully, I think it will be one of the most expansive set of documents relating to Usability, Accessibility, and Identity in not only Open Source but in any single platform. If successful, it will have the capacity and capability of large changes in many KDE applications, and hopefully applications (OpenOffice, Mozilla, GNOME), will follow suit.

... and we've got a tremendous start on the work. this isn't just talk; significant portions of the documents have been written and are under review.
