Scribus coders threatens by Quarck?

Some rumors on a conference in Bordeaux said that some developpers of Scribus managed to reverse-engineer the file format of Quarck express, and thet they have received death letters... Is it true?

I seriously doubt that (I don't know if it's true or not) but given how friendly Quark reps tend to be, maybe it's not that farfetched. ;-D
