It's not. There is no SUSE 9.2 Personal edition.

    SUSE 9.1 Personal was KDE only with Kontact, Konqueror, KDE/OOo. So I guess Novell put a stop to that.

      Or it didn't pay off the additional efforts (creation, handbook, package, shipping, advertizing) for it. Note that if it's all but the first of this reasons there may be still a downloadable version as currently under different name.
