I used KPresenter and I published the file as it was used for the presentation.
I'm sure that many readers of dot have it or can easily install it.
But for convenience here you can find the presentation in two other file formats:

http://kdewebdev.org/~amantia/presentation/quanta-for-your-needs.pdf (PDF)

Of course both have drawbacks:
- the OpenOffice format does not show the colors as it should
- the PDF is large. As it is slow to generate on this machine, it will not yet be visible when I post this comment.

i usually just do an html export from kpresenter. it works nicely, is quick, and everyone has a web browser =)
