Well, well... That was very, er... helpful.

However, maybe I can help you... If you add the line "dockerStyle=0" to the General section in your .kde/share/config/kritarc, you will find that this version of Krita uses the same sliding dockers as Kivio. Place them against any border you want, resize or wriggle them a little (that's needed, it's the bug that forced me not to include the option in the gui), and they disappear only to re-appear on mouse-over. That way, you don't need to buy a bigger screen.

Or you could just close the dock windows you don't need -- or roll them up using the conveniently placed button.
