Tenor and #14 and #15

If could for the Tenor (the new KDE linkage technology) exists would it be valuable for the projects #14 and #15.

I'm really curious about Tenor but heart nothing about it for some time now.
Does anybody knows more about its status?

Tenor won't be delivered in time for the students' work. So using it could be very difficult for them.

Not that some of them haven't suggested using it -- quite to the contrary.
