I may be wrong, but shouldn't it read "But we are confident to release a first preview version called "Kuanta" shortly after KDE 3.5 is released." instead of "...after Quanta 3.5 is released"?

KDE 3.5 will ship Quanta 3.5 so it's equivalent.

I asked Jens to write this because I wanted to hint that there will be a Quanta 3.5 released. But yes, Quanta 3.5 will be part of KDE 3.5, so the two statements are equivalent.
