by Luciano on Tuesday 13/Sep/2005, @05:36
I must say this change is worrying me a bit.
Does the new build system provide cross compiling capabilities?

That would not be a regression, as currently KDE cannot cross-compile.

Have a nice day!

Maybe, but the build system is shared by the kdenox project, which needs to be built with a cross compiler.
I suppose I will have to stick with the autostuff, then.

There is much more control over the compilation variables with this new system, so it will not be a problem.
