As you have now volunteered to maintain the autotools based KDE build system and be available for any third party developer that might have questions regarding autotools, can I look forward to see your improvements in the 3.5 release or do you need more time, given that you have to maintain it also for the 4.0 branch

You are really taking on a huge job here, there should be more contributors like you

I still wait for some of my autotools patches to get committed to SVN they are waiting on bko for quite some months now. Even asking back whether it's ok to committ them didn't return any answer so far.

    As for commiting yourself, as it is probably in kde-common/admin, you cannot do it.
