Permanat Location Toolbar?

On the desktop for my kids I remove the location bar from konqueror because everything that they access is already bookmarked. This has the added benefit of simplyfing the browser window for them. Would this change make that impossible - the location toolbar has to be part of the window???

Removing it manually, using the menus, may still be allowed.

However, allowing webpages to turn the location bar off using JavaScript may be impeded in the future.
