Very good post! Not only ideas are good, bit it even avoid taking drugs to think as higher as you can! :-)
I even like all the names: Plasma, Solid, Gas, Fluid, Fire, Ice.
How about the subprojects? Like Solid/Iron, Solid/Chromium, Gas/Steam, Fire/Flame, Fire/Pyro, Ice/Freeze [kalzium comes handy in naming!].
Anyone willing to start implementing Fire? The idea isn't that bad.

It's already implemented by Microsoft... it's called Clippy.

So called "intelligent" agents just don't work out very well in real life.
