it's just another google-non-story. you know, like how they were going to release a web-based office suite? google is the Hot Commodity right now so every other story is "google is doing <insert idea here>! OMFG!"

wait all you want, i don't expect to see GoogleOS anytime soon.

They have denied it already. They do have a Ubuntu based distro they use internally, but they'll not be releasing it.
