I've wondered for a while whether there's a K ego, perhaps even a conspiracy to eradicate all things G. But alas, Ockham's razor requires we consider the possibility that it is cute branding, a trademark if you will. :)

That and I'm too lazy to worry about inter-GNU project struggles (just install 'em all, they're free)!
