When I wrote my first message, I hadn't seen it yet. Remains the strange section in the KDE changelog and the little list of changes in the SVN changes. So KDevelop and KDE come out in the same day, but are separated. They could release KDevelop also in different dates! Anyway, thank you for the answers!
