There can not be such a thing as a jackd backend for Phonon. A Phonon backend does decoding of arbitrary media formats and in addition to audio playback also does video.

What is needed are jackd output plugins for the libs that are used by the backends. Those outputs are, AFAIK, already available for GStreamer and Xine.
