That sounds like a really bad idea. By that time they're had the alpha/beta releases, and RC's are coming up. At that point it's seriously stupid to change the entire desktop the users will see.

I rather hope they get a rock solid 10.3 release out with KDE 3.5.7, so they can focus all their resources on getting KDE4 running smoothly with 10.4 or 11.0.
