Greetingz,

I have an idea for a possible solution for the
'screen size to small' annoyance.

Have Kded (or whatever) check the display size on startup,
and if its smaller then a set minimum size,
place the entire desktop inside a scrollable frame.

also, have a option to force the scroll frame at startup.
