Hy...

Some apps from KDE-EDU are used at some brazilian educational projects.

There is some great tools for spanish learning, I think is missing more apps, but this is under responsability of regional governments make port to local language and demands.

Maybe you don´t like KDE-EDU due it´s narrow target and this lack of apps, but it may have a briliant future if the community put big efforts at development of this nice edu tool.
