Oh, I've wanted something (but not really searching for it) like that for very long. Thanks for the link, will try it out.
About the whole "Is KDE-EDU useful or not"? I would answer: No, if you don't use it. But there are people who do, even if you don't belong to that group, it's wrong calling the applications useless or saying that the devs should start hacking on another project.
I use the edu apps very seldom, but when I do, they're really life savers.

Even when you don't use them, they're useful. They bring in new contributors, who in time might work on other parts of KDE. And they find and fix bugs, and as they are technologically often ahead of the rest of KDE, they help stability and functionality all over the place.
