Bugs resolved

These two bugs (almost the same) seem to be solved, at least for me:

They are related to Kopete, which shouldn't access tv card at startup.

Ah yes, I ended up with several broken MythTV recordings due to this before I changed the permissions so that Kopete didn't have access to my TV card.
