First, it was meant jokingly.

Second, a local party doesn't have to be huge.

Third, there is often also the option to persuade others that organizing such a thing would be a great idea :)

Tooooo late to pull out that "persuade-others-that-organizing-such-a-thing-would-be-a-great-idea"-option.

I'll instead concentrate on my "persuade-the-gatekeepers-to-make-the-video-youtube/google-available" second choice. That's not too late.

/me eyes his Gnome-install-CD to backup his former threat and tries to make an impression of resoluteness.
