I think that makes a lot of sense. I wouldn't want to restrict posting, or even delete posts like the one we're all referring to, but on the other hand, we're making it far too easy for those people that only want to do harm to the project to do so. You just post your crap asap after a new article is published and everybody will read it :/

The dot is also our main news channel, so a lot of people read it. Having those trolls FIPOing doesn't make for a good first impression and it certainly doesn't reflect correctly on the KDE community.

I'd very much like a moderation system for the Dot. Unfortunately, no active development has happened on the Dot for years, so it won't happen by itself. :-(
