I find this to be pretty stupid comment. Uwe's answer is very constructive, but he was a professionel printer before doing software.
Brochures like this are not written to satisfy professional printers. Are you saying that those of us that are not professional printers can not say something "sucks" ?
According to Uwe Thiem those that wrote this brochure where not professionals and on the same level as us - so we can say "suck". Just ignore it if you dont like it

Well it's your comment that's stupid. You don't have to be a professional to write something constructive, nobody said so either. Take a look at the comment by m. below.

Rather than just posting a useless it suck comment, you only need to spend a little time describing whats wrong and perhaps how to fix the issues. Suddenly you have an usefull comment. It's not even hard.
