I think the logo is nice as almost everthing in the pdf.
But what is that building pixelized (bad redimensioned) with a text over it?
ich! sucks big time ;)

For the rest, looks good and professional, even cited brazilian use of KDE in the computer for all campain, congrats!

Yes, the brochure is nice.
Except one thing which could be improved easily, and that is (IMO) the text "Sponsorship brochure" on the title page.
I guess it's intended to be aligned with the roof, but this just looks out-of-place as it is.
I would suggest to put "Sponsorship brochure" directly below the picture using some nice somewhat dynamic font.
