Except one thing which could be improved easily, and that is (IMO) the text "Sponsorship brochure" on the title page. I guess it's intended to be aligned with the roof, but this just looks out-of-place as it is. I would suggest to put "Sponsorship brochure" directly below the picture using some nice somewhat dynamic font.
