This is not a window style theme contest, but Plasma theme contest (desktop widgets, panel...)

yes, but there is also a panel and a notifier in this mock-up. that is what i was talking about.

I would love a desktop with that look, amazing mockup.
(yes, I know plasma can't and won't do the whole desktop theming, just giving my impression that this ubuntu mockup would be awesome)

You could create a single theme for the desktop and windows. You'd just have to distribute them separately.
