I am a linux user in Taiwan. May I patch KDE2.0 for Big5 ? Big5 is the Chinese type used by the human in Taiwan.

I hope so for you. How hard is it to patch? You should better use the mailing lists and send your patches there. Also look at http://www.mizi.com/kde/ you may want to work with this person.
