No. It means that you can embed componenets from nautilus in konq e.g., but not vice versa.

But bonobo isn't as advanced as KParts. Go ask the Gnome developers to try to catch up to KDE development :)

How do you know that's true?
KParts is intended to be *simple* (read developer.kde.org)
Bonobo is based on CORBA, which is very powerful and complex.
So Bonobo can embed KDE apps as well.
