Re: Trolltech: No-Charge License for Qt/Windows
by Troy Unrau on Tuesday 26/Jun/2001, @20:56
This is simply specatcular, if not for the simple reason that it will shut up a few of the trolling gnomers that like to discredit the validity of using Qt.

If nothing else, this could help kde in such a manner as requiring a simple underlying library change removing the depency on X. Once this is accomplished, kde will truly be universal.

There's no need to have a go at the Gnomes Troy. That's just flame bait. If someone wants to troll, ignore them, but for goodness sake don't encourage them with leading statements like yours.

Craig - be quiet and go away. You annoy the KDE people more than the GNOME people.

Don't blame GNOME

I've never seen any pro-GNOME trolls at dot.kde.org, but there are lots and lots of pro-KDE trolls at Gnotices.
But remember that those trolls do not represent GNOME or KDE.
They represent the pro-M$/Slashbot/UltraFlamers community.
