The HASE (Human Aspects of Software Engineering) group at the University of Maryland Baltimore County is conducting two online surveys for KDE users. They expect to obtain results that will lead to useful discussions about the overall usability of KDE. The results of this research will be shared with the KDE community. The surveys take about 15 minutes to complete.

KDE's World Summit, aKademy 2005, will be held in the University of
Málaga from Saturday 27th of August to Sunday 4th of September. The summit starts with a 2 day user conference followed by a 2 day developers conference then a week long coding marathon. If you plan on coming you should subscribe to the aKademy mailing list. Help in finding sponsors is especially welcomed. The call for papers is below.
